I really enjoyed helping to prepare the meals each night. It is amazing how organized Bernice is and how delicious all the meals were. Sharing the meal each night with the group at my table was like eating with family members. I loved the fellowship.

I really enjoyed doing the warm-ups with the little kids. They do seem to enjoy getting involved with it.
I hope to keep participating as long as they will have me.

I had never heard a first-person account of a NDE before today. Dr. Anderson’s story really touched me and let me know that God is always nearer to us than we think. Thank you for sharing your wonderful friend with us.

I agree with what Judy Harriss said about the fellowship and friendship we enjoyed working on the White Elephant Sale, and I second her thanks to all who worked so tirelessly (or sometimes even tiredly)on it. I would also like to add a big THANK YOU to Judy for letting overall responsibility for the sale rest on her shoulders. Aside from the benefits to us in fellowship and friendship, the proceeds go a long way in supporting needs in our church, in the community, and in the church’s work in the world at large.

Our white Elephant sale was not only successful, but fun! The sale gave us the opportunity to really get to know one another, and although we were all very tired at the end, we all had a sense of accommplishment. Thank you one and all! Jean Brown

I won’t be here for the White Elephant sale but I’m bringing some of my treasures ahead of time. I like the way this sale is set up – fresh baked goods from church members, books for sale from the church library, and stuff, lots of stuff!Kitchen stuff, tool stuff, clothes stuff, furniture stuff. It has been my experience in the past that you need to get there early – then maybe go out for breakfast. Nice start to a Saturday morning.

I agree with Margey about its use for us when we go back to Yankee country.

I believe there are so many opportunities for people to get involved with Fort King’s outreach.No matter what your interests there is an opportunity for you.
